Good morning, Frederick! Most people know us for removals and storm cleanup, but one of the services we're proudest of is ongoing property management for larger properties across Frederick County, from HOA common areas and commercial lots to farms and horse properties.
Large properties have a way of getting ahead of their owners and managers. Volunteer trees swallow fence lines, dead limbs pile up along the woods edge, and a hazard tree near a clubhouse, parking area, or barn can go unnoticed until it comes down on its own. Property management gives you a team that keeps an eye on all of it instead of waiting for something to break.
Depending on the property, that can mean clearing fence rows, keeping walkways and common spaces clear, removing dead or declining trees before they fail, and grinding stumps so mowers can get through. Our climbers, rigging specialists, operators, and arborists cover all of it, so there's one crew that knows the property instead of a different company for every job.
What's the one area of your property that always seems to get away from you?
