You're not getting a different crew every time who may or may not know how we do things. The second is liability coverage. Every direct employee has workers' compensation coverage through Tree Worx. If a subcontractor gets injured on your property, the liability situation gets complicated fast. With direct employees covered by our own policy, that risk doesn't land on you as a homeowner.
