Spring Fungal Disease in Georgia Trees

Post Copy

April warmth brings spring rain — and with it, favorable conditions for fungal diseases on Georgia trees. Anthracnose (brown spots on leaves), powdery mildew (white coating on new growth), and other fungi thrive in warm, wet weather. Early detection makes treatment easier and cheaper.

The good news: most fungal issues are preventable with proper tree care and canopy management. Our arborists can identify early signs of disease and recommend specific treatments for the species and condition of your trees.

Have you noticed any unusual spots, discoloration, or powdery coating on your tree leaves this spring? #TreeHealth #ArboristLife
