Many cyberattacks don't start with a technical break-in. They start with a convincing email, a fake invoice, a spoofed text, or an urgent call asking someone to reset a password, open an attachment, or approve a payment. Our latest blog post explains why employees are one of a business's most important lines of defense.
No security tool catches every suspicious message, and a single onboarding presentation isn't enough because the tactics keep changing. Short, regular training keeps good habits fresh: spotting phishing links, recognizing impersonation of executives and vendors, using multi-factor authentication, and reporting anything that seems off. The goal isn't to make everyone a security expert, but to help people pause, question, verify, and report.
SMS-ITC now offers ongoing cybersecurity awareness training powered by Breach Secure Now. It's included at no cost for existing clients and available as a service-tier option for new clients. The full post is linked in the comments.
Has anyone at your office ever received a message that looked exactly like it came from the boss?

A realistic photo of a small team in a short training session around a conference table or laptop, or a close-up of an employee pausing over a suspicious email. Avoid cliche hacker imagery. Authentic photos of the SMS-ITC team and real client work are strongly preferred over stock; if stock is used, keep it realistic and non-cliche (no hooded hackers or glowing padlocks). No Google Drive image folder is set up for this client.
