SMS-ITC is veteran-owned and operated, and certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business. That certification reflects where our approach to IT comes from: military discipline, leadership, and problem-solving applied to keeping organizations running. It's a credential we're genuinely proud to display on everything we do.
For government agencies and prime contractors, the certification has practical value. Federal agencies have contracting goals for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and SBA certification is how firms show they qualify. For organizations that need a capable IT partner and value working with veteran-owned businesses, it's one more reason to start a conversation. Agencies and primes can confirm a firm's certification status directly with SBA.
For our commercial clients, it matters in a different way. It's a reminder that integrity and accountability aren't marketing language for us. They're standards carried from service into every client relationship, from medical offices to law firms across Greater Atlanta. That means plain communication, clear ownership of the outcome, and following through on what we commit to. Veteran-owned identity is something we're proud to bring to the Greater Atlanta business community.

A branded graphic featuring the SBA Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned certification logo (as shown on the SMS-ITC website) alongside the SMS-ITC logo, or an authentic team photo with no individual names. Authentic photos of the SMS-ITC team and real client work are strongly preferred over stock; if stock is used, keep it realistic and non-cliche (no hooded hackers or glowing padlocks). No Google Drive image folder is set up for this client.
