SMS-ITC is a proud member of the Gwinnett Chamber, and that membership is about more than a logo on our website. Chamber events are where we meet the dental office manager down the road, the accountant opening a second location, and the contractor who just landed a bigger job. Those conversations teach us what local businesses are actually wrestling with, long before anyone needs an IT partner.
Being part of the local business community also keeps us accountable in a way a national help desk never could be. Our clients are our neighbors, and many of the businesses we support are people we see at the same meetings, restaurants, and ballfields around Gwinnett. That's a big part of why we put integrity ahead of the hard sell.
