One comment shows up again and again in Riverbend reviews: you can't even tell they were here. That isn't luck. Cleanup is built into how our crew plans every job around Moro and the Metro East, not something squeezed in at the end of the day.
Before the first cut, the crew talks through where the trucks will park, where wood will be dropped, and how to protect the lawn, beds, and driveway. During the job, debris gets cleared as the work moves along. At the end, the yard is raked, the driveway is blown off, and the area gets one last walk before the trucks pull out.
Tree work is messy by nature, and our customers live with the result long after we leave. Taking care of a property the way we'd want our own taken care of is a big part of turning a first call into a long-term partnership.
What's one thing a contractor did at your house that made you want to hire them again?

A real photo of the crew raking or blowing off a driveway at the end of a job, or a wide shot of a clean, finished yard right after a removal. A before/after pair of the same yard is ideal. Avoid identifying individual crew members by name. Authentic photos of real Riverbend crews and job sites are strongly preferred over stock images.
