Every Riverbend Outdoor Services estimate starts with a walk of the property, so homeowners know exactly what a tree job involves before any work begins.
During the walkthrough, the trees in question are checked from the root flare to the canopy, along with anything else worth noting nearby. Access is planned at the same time: where equipment can go, what sits beneath the tree, and how fences, gardens, and lawns will be protected.
Homeowners get a clear explanation of the recommended work and the reasons behind it, including when a tree can be trimmed and kept rather than removed. The price covers both the work and the cleanup, estimates are free of charge, and if a tree can safely wait, the recommendation says so.
Riverbend has served Moro, Bethalto, Godfrey, Edwardsville, and Alton since 2007, and every estimate is built around protecting the property as much as the work itself.
