Riverbend Outdoor Services has been doing tree work in the Metro East since 2007, which means we've been back to a lot of the same streets in Moro, Bethalto, and Godfrey more times than we can count. There's something different about working in the same neighborhoods for almost twenty years.
You start to know which streets flood, which yards have the oldest trees, and which properties have called before for a different job entirely. That kind of familiarity doesn't come from a single season of work, it comes from sticking around.
Being family-owned and locally operated means this isn't a franchise passing through, it's a business that's stayed in the same area because the area kept calling us back.
