Signs of Heat Stress in Upstate SC Trees This Summer

Post Copy

Heat stress on trees does not always look dramatic. Scorched or browning leaf edges, leaves dropping earlier than the season calls for, and a duller canopy color are common signs during Upstate SC's hottest stretch of summer.

Younger trees and anything planted in the last few years are especially vulnerable since their root systems are not fully established yet. Our certified arborist team can assess whether a stressed tree needs supplemental watering, mulching, or a closer look for a deeper issue.

Serving Greenville, Greer, Taylors, Pickens County, Spartanburg County, and throughout Upstate SC.
