NARI Atlanta

October is Careers in Construction Month.

Every remodel in Atlanta depends on skilled carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tile setters, project managers, and designers. These careers offer good pay, real problem solving, and a path to running your own business.

Know someone who likes to build? Point them toward the trades. Link in bio.

Image / Media Suggestion

A real photo from a member job site or chapter event showing an apprentice or younger tradesperson learning hands-on, with permission. Do not caption or name individuals. A branded Canva graphic listing remodeling career paths (carpenter, electrician, project manager, designer) also works. No Google Drive image folder is set up for this client, so request a real photo from the chapter or a member firm, or use a branded Canva graphic with chapter colors. Real photos outperform stock images.

Canva text suggestion: "Remodeling Careers Start With One Project" or "October Is Careers in Construction Month"

Scheduler Notes

• Instagram: post between 9:00 AM–12:00 PM ET.
• Set the bio link to https://www.nariatlanta.org; clickable link goes in bio, not the caption.
• Adapted from today's Facebook post; the same image or Canva graphic works for both.
• If the chapter has a Careers in Construction Month event, school partnership, or job-site visit planned, add the specifics before scheduling.
• Confirm the topic does not overlap with the internal team's own posting this week; check with Wendy if in doubt.
