How an Estimate Actually Works When the Goal Isn't a Bigger Invoice

Post Copy

An estimate at our company starts with walking the property and listening to what's actually concerning a homeowner, not scanning the yard for every possible job that could be sold.

Sometimes that means recommending less work than a customer expected, a trim instead of a removal, or simply confirming a tree is healthy and doesn't need anything at all right now. Nearly eighty years in this business has taught us that trust built today is worth more than a padded invoice this week.

Bakersfield and Kern County customers, residential and commercial alike, come back and refer neighbors because the advice they got the first time was honest, not because we found a way to upsell them.

What matters most to you when you're getting an estimate from a service company, honesty or speed?
