A lot of the acreage properties around Leiper's Fork and Thompson's Station have sections that have gone wild over the years, thick brush, volunteer saplings, and undergrowth that's taken over what used to be usable pasture or yard space.
Land clearing on a property like that isn't about stripping everything down to bare dirt. The goal is usually to open the space back up while keeping the mature trees along a property line or fence row that give it shade and character.
