When we come out for an estimate, we don't just look at the tree someone called about. We walk the whole property, because a hazard on one tree is often a clue about conditions affecting others nearby, and homeowners deserve the full picture, not just an answer to one question.
That habit comes from years of seeing how trees on the same property share soil, drainage, and exposure. A leaning tree in the back corner might explain something happening to a tree near the driveway that nobody thought to ask about.
It takes a little more time upfront, but it means fewer surprises later and an estimate that actually reflects what's going on with the whole yard, not just the one thing that prompted the call.
