Same porch. Way more months.

This Roswell screened porch got four-track Flex-Vinyl windows that seal out rain and pollen, then open right back up for the breeze. Now it's a room for gray fall afternoons, not just summer nights.

Love your porch but wish you used it more? See the full project, link in bio.

Image / Media Suggestion

Before/after photos of the Roswell Flex-Vinyl porch enclosure from the project page: the original screened porch, then the finished enclosure with windows closed, and ideally one shot with panels open to show the breeze option. Authentic project photos are always preferred over stock images. No Google Drive image folder is set up yet, so source from the Builders America portfolio (buildersamerica.com/projects) or request a photo from the client. Confirm homeowner approval for photos of a private residence.

Canva text suggestion: "From Screened Porch to Year-Round Room" or "Same Porch, More Months"

• No Drive image folder is set up for this client yet; pull a real project photo from the Builders America portfolio page or use a branded Canva graphic.
