Flex-Vinyl Windows Turned a Roswell Screened Porch Into a Year-Round Room

Post Copy

A screened porch is a Georgia classic, right up until pollen season coats everything in yellow and the first cold snap sends everyone back inside. That was the situation for a Roswell homeowner whose porch was lovely for a few months a year and mostly empty the rest.

Our team replaced the porch screens with four-track Flex-Vinyl windows. The panels seal out rain and pollen when closed and open easily to bring the breeze back on nice days, so the space keeps the open-air feel that made it a porch in the first place. The result is a room that's comfortable on gray fall afternoons and usable well past the end of the season.

Enclosures like this are one of the most practical upgrades we build, because they work with the porch structure a home already has. For homeowners who love their porch but wish they could use it more, it's often the simplest path to more months outdoors. You can see this project in our portfolio, linked in the comments.

Image / Media Suggestion

Before/after photos of the Roswell Flex-Vinyl porch enclosure from the project page: the original screened porch, then the finished enclosure with windows closed, and ideally one shot with panels open to show the breeze option. Authentic project photos are always preferred over stock images. No Google Drive image folder is set up yet, so source from the Builders America portfolio (buildersamerica.com/projects) or request a photo from the client. Confirm homeowner approval for photos of a private residence.
