It starts with a conversation about how you want to use the space, followed by a visit to your home to look at the site, the house, and what's realistic for your lot. From there, our team develops the design and a detailed proposal, so you know what's included before anything is built. Once you're ready, materials are ordered and our licensed residential contractors oversee the build from footings to finish.
The last step is a walkthrough together, when we look at every detail and make sure the finished space matches what we planned. Old-school values of quality service done right the first time mean the project isn't finished until you're happy standing in it.
