Stump Grinding Clears Leftover Stumps Before They Sprout, Decay, or Trip Up Your Mower

Post Copy

Taking a tree down isn't always the end of the story. The stump left behind can send up suckers all season, draw in carpenter ants and wood-decay fungi as it breaks down, and become the thing everyone trips over or mows around for years.

ArborSafe's stump removal grinds the stump and its main surface roots below grade, so the area can be filled with topsoil and seeded, mulched, or turned into a planting bed. Before we start, we locate utilities, check for irrigation lines, and shield nearby beds, fences, and siding from flying chips.

Grinding is usually the cleanest option for Treasure Valley yards, whether the stump is from a tree we just removed or an old one that's been sitting in the corner of a Nampa or Meridian backyard for a decade. Details are in the comments.

Is there an old stump on your property that you've been working around for years? #StumpGrinding
