Why ArborSafe Evaluates Every Option Before Recommending Tree Removal

Post Copy

Removal is sometimes the right call, but it is never the first one our ISA Certified Arborists reach for. Before any recommendation goes on paper, we walk the property, check the tree's structure, and look for signs of decline versus signs of a tree that can still be saved.

A lean might be corrected with cabling. A dead section might be pruned out without touching the rest of the canopy. A tree that looks rough from the ground sometimes has years of healthy growth left once you get a closer look at the crown.

Removal only makes the list when the risk to people or property outweighs what can be done to preserve the tree. That order matters to us, and it's part of why Treasure Valley homeowners keep calling us back for a second opinion before they call anyone else.

Is there a tree on your property you've been told needs to come down? What did they tell you was wrong with it?
