Some of the most meaningful parts of this work happen on visits that aren't emergencies. A seasonal pruning, a follow-up check on a tree we treated two years ago, a call from someone who's been a client for a decade because something new has come up on their property. Those ongoing relationships are a big part of what ArborSafe is built around.
Tree care isn't a one-and-done service for most properties. Trees grow, conditions change, and a trusted relationship with an arborist who knows your property and its history makes a real difference. When we return to a property for the third or fourth time, we're not starting from scratch. We know which trees have had prior work, which ones we've been monitoring, and what the owners care about.
That continuity matters for the trees too. Ongoing seasonal assessments and maintenance keep small issues from becoming large ones. It's a different kind of care than calling someone when something has already gone wrong.
We're grateful for the clients across Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, and the broader Treasure Valley who've made ArborSafe part of how they take care of their properties. If you've been a long-time client, what made you decide to keep coming back?
