Removal Isn't Always the Answer

Post Copy

When a tree has a dead branch, a lean, or signs of disease, removal is often the first thing homeowners think of. But that's not always the right call, and a good arborist will tell you that.

Sometimes the right approach is strategic pruning to remove the problem and preserve the tree. Sometimes it's cabling and bracing to stabilize a structurally weak section. Sometimes a health assessment reveals the issue is treatable, not terminal.

ArborSafe's approach is to evaluate what's actually going on before making a recommendation. A tree that's been part of your property for decades deserves more than a quick removal estimate.

Has a previous arborist ever recommended removing a tree that you later found out could have been saved?
