Spring Growth Inspection: What to Watch For

Post Copy

Spring is prime time to assess your trees after winter. Now that buds are breaking and new growth is emerging across the Treasure Valley, it's the ideal window to spot problems that developed over winter or spring storms.

What should you be looking for? Dead branches (they won't leaf out), obvious lean or structural damage, bark splitting from freeze-thaw cycles, and branches that rubbed against each other during wind. These issues are easiest to spot and address right now, before summer stress sets in.

A quick professional inspection costs nothing and saves thousands down the road. Have you noticed anything on your trees this spring that's caught your attention? #TreeCare #TreasureValley

Image / Media Suggestion

An authentic photo of new spring growth or close-up of tree buds breaking, or a before-after of a tree assessed at the start of the season. Real job photos preferred; if not available, a clear shot of spring foliage and healthy new growth against a blue sky. Avoid generic landscape images.
