A tree removal is not really finished until the stump is gone. Left behind, a stump attracts insects, sends up new shoots, and takes up space that could otherwise be usable yard.
Stump grinding uses a machine with a rotating cutting wheel to break the stump down into wood chips, working below the surface rather than pulling the entire root system out of the ground. It is faster, less disruptive to surrounding soil, and leaves the area ready for grass, mulch, or new plantings.
Arbor Max handles stump grinding as a standalone service or as part of a full removal across Berks, Chester, Montgomery, and Lehigh Counties, sizing the equipment to the stump and the space around it.
If old stumps are still sitting in your yard from a removal done elsewhere, or from years ago, they do not have to stay there.

Authentic photo preferred: stump grinder in action, or a before/after showing a ground-down stump area ready for new grass or mulch. Before/after pairs perform especially well for this type of post.
