Advantage's Online Schedule Access Lets Families Keep Up With Care, Even From Out of Town

Post Copy

Many of the families we serve are coordinating care from a distance. A daughter works downtown and lives in Alpharetta while her father lives on his own in Tucker. A son in Charlotte is trying to stay in the loop on his mother's care in Marietta. Wondering whether today's shift started on time should not be one more thing keeping you up at night.

That is why Advantage gives families online access to their loved one's care schedule. You can see which caregiver is scheduled, which days and hours are covered, and when changes are made, without waiting on a callback or piecing it together through a group text.

Behind that schedule are state-verified CNAs who are W-2 employees of Advantage, and care coordinators who know your family by name. The online view simply makes that consistency visible, so siblings in different cities can all see the same plan and spend their time with Mom or Dad on the things that matter more than logistics.

If you help care for a parent from another city, what is the one piece of information you most wish you could check on without picking up the phone? #HomeCare #AgingInPlace

Image / Media Suggestion

Photo of an adult child checking a care schedule on a phone or laptop at home, or a care coordinator walking a family member through the schedule view. A screenshot-style graphic of a weekly schedule (with no real names) also works. Authentic photos of the Advantage team are strongly preferred; if using stock, choose warm, candid, diverse imagery. No client photos without written consent.
