Daniel's path to home care began at 19, after a near-fatal injury left him dependent on others for the first time in his life. That experience, and the healthcare professionals who helped him through it, pointed him toward a career in this field. He worked at Maxim Healthcare and Amedisys before acquiring Advantage in 2014, with the intention of building the kind of agency he'd want for his own family.
