A leaning eucalyptus near a Trinidad driveway had been dropping large limbs for months before the homeowner called us in.
Eucalyptus trees are notorious for shedding heavy branches with little warning, and this one had a split trunk that made it unsafe to keep monitoring. Our crew planned the removal in sections to protect the driveway, a fence line, and a mature redwood growing just a few feet away.
Once the tree came down and the stump was ground out, the property opened up in a way the homeowner hadn't expected. More sunlight reached the front yard, and the driveway sightline improved for backing out safely.
It's a good reminder that hazard removal and curb appeal often go hand in hand.

A before/after pair from this job, showing the leaning eucalyptus and then the cleared, sunlit yard, would perform strongly here. If available, an in-progress shot of the sectional removal near the fence line adds credibility.
